Some of the Bay Area’s biggest and brightest retailers joined us for a night of “Demos & Dialogue” to experience Razorshop and discuss the #FutureOfRetail. The joint Adobe and Razorfish event was hosted at our Emerging Experience Lab in San Francisco and united the retail, commerce and technology landscapes with a singular focus… To reinvent the retail experience.

As always, our Razorshop demonstration sparked great discussions around contextual content, platforms, experiences and most importantly, both the customer and associate. The evening started with networking, hors d'oeuvres and a craft whiskey tasting that transitioned to a few quick words and some challenges that the retail footprint is facing.

No longer are stores to be stores and the experiences found within be crafted without influence of digital channels. Our customer’s see no difference from personalization, pricing and service received on the .com to that of the brick-and-mortar.

The age of the obsessed customer is here and
we are innovating and transforming retail faster than ever.

A few of the night’s key conversations were centered around: personalization, experience, seamlessness, transparency and store empowerment. One common thread across all was the equal balance of tools, data and experiences to both store and customer. This duality not only make sense, it also makes results.

For those retailers that have not seen our Razorshop demonstration, we will be at NRF in New York from January 17th - 20th. We look forward to seeing you there.
